Particularly good breakfast, best ever had, with perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict and Jamaican fruits, for example.

It was surely a fine stay on our vacation. Everything was nice, including exceptionally attentive staff and beautiful location to the very rocky sand at the shoreline on the Zilara side. The room was separate, and we had a breathtaking view of the sea. The authentic restaurant onsite had outstanding dishes.

Great way to end our trip. Well-maintained accommodation with prime setting near the ocean especially along the beach near Ziva and restaurants to dine and Dunns River falls.

We had a truly memorable stay at this brand-new hotel. The property was an excellent home base for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall in Jamaica and the beach area. The breakfasts were reasonably good and the best with Jamaican fruits, perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict plus dessert and all the staff was great! Overall the service was top-notch.

Great choice for trip. Unique hotel with everything clean throughout and a nice and beautiful location right at the airport. Excellent coffee, martini, and gins in the rooftop bar.

Amazing location to the ocean fabulous, and 5 minute walk from Half Moon Golf Course. Comprehensive and awesome breakfast with perfectly cooked Eggs Benedict, combined with a top-notch service. All the staff were ready to help.

Suite was bright with exceptionally comfortable bed. The pool was incredible and I had mixed drinks in the snack bar.

The location is great, 5 minutes' walk to Three Palms Ocean Course. The rooms are bright and fairly quiet, and are complete with fruit, water heater plus gin.

Mostly US and Canadian guests.

We found Zilara much better than Ziva, especially from the point of view of staff friendliness and customer service.

Orville, staff member at the Jamaican Roots Restaurant, was excellent - had a very pleasant attitude, was very helpful and professional. We stayed over the Ziva side, but we preferred the Zilara side and in particular the Jamaican Roots Restaurant, because of the professionalism of the staff.

The hotel was beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was flavorful and there were many restaurant options. The massages at the spa were amazing.

Couldn't fault anything.

The room was neat - liked the luxurious bathroom. In general the service was top-notch.

As young holiday goers, we loved the amazing pools, friendly staff, and delicious food options. The bartenders at the pool made the most awesome drinks, and the variety of restaurants catered to our every craving. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout our stay. The best part was the beautiful ocean with calm, clear water perfect for swimming and floating around. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

I had exceptional and absolutely stunning room to myself with really good condition and a full bath and tub. Every detail, the service was top-notch and the staff were ready to help.
